Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 minutes of receipt if the food is not to your satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, the item must be uneaten and kept in its original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns for items that have been partly consumed or that have become unsuitable for resale due to delay on part of the customer cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Any discrepancies or complaints regarding the quality or content of your food must be reported directly to us at the point of purchase or within 30 minutes of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If your food is defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or an exchange. We may require photographic evidence of the item in question to process an exchange.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should bring it to our premises located at Pizzeria Napoli, Via Toledo, 80134, Italy. The responsibility of returning the item safely back to us lies with you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
