'EverydayReferenceHub' started with one simple dream: to bring the true flavors of Neapolitan pizza to Via Toledo. Established by the Bianchis in 1985, our pizza shop was originally a small space managed by the family, utilizing recipes passed down for generations.
The founder of 'EverydayReferenceHub', Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza during her explorations across Italy, especially in Naples—the original home of the pizza. After she returned to the UK, she endeavored to replicate the essence of Italian pizza using age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
From its humble beginnings as a cozy 12-seater pizzeria, it has flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem. However, our dedication to authenticity and quality has never diminished. We maintain traditional wood-fired oven practices, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and always search for the best ingredients.
Now, 'EverydayReferenceHub' continues as a family-led venture, with the Bianchi heirs steering our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted modern improvements, our core principle remains the same: making scrumptious, genuine pizzas that unite people.
